Theory:

The 1927nm laser primarily affects the lower epidermis and upper dermis, where pigmentation and skin problems such as discoloration, wrinkles and laxity are primarily found. Thulium Laser  1927nm is higher water absorption than Er:Glass(1550nm) about 10 times, less than CO2 laser about 24 times. The primary target tissue of thulium laser in thes kin is water. By heating the water in the dermis, the thulium laser can achieve various therapeutic purposes, such as pore contraction, skin tightening and anti-aging,inflammation elimination, and removal of red blood vessels.
